Everything we make begins with fabric. These are the circular knit structures we work in — and what each one is usually asked to become.

120–220 g/m²
The everyday knit. Light, fluid, one smooth face — t-shirts, dresses, kidswear.

180–280 g/m²
Fine vertical ribs that pull back into shape. Collars, cuffs, waistbands, fitted bodies.

220–320 g/m²
A broader, heavier rib with more recovery. Statement trims, bodysuits, ribbed dresses.

180–300 g/m²
Double knit, smooth on both faces, stable and curl-free. Polos, kidswear, structured dresses.

180–260 g/m²
A textured cellular surface that breathes and holds its shape. The classic polo fabric.

220–320 g/m²
Smooth face, soft looped back, unbrushed. Year-round sweatshirts and joggers.

280–420 g/m²
Heavier, with the reverse brushed into a warm nap. Winter hoodies and sweatshirts.
Weights are typical ranges — tell us the hand you want and we will source it. Organic, recycled and blended qualities are available in every structure.

Every roll is checked over a light table before it earns a place on the cutting floor — weight, width, shade and faults, marked and logged.
Fabric spread layer by layer, then cut with precision — the standard for everything that follows.

Screen print, digital print, transfer and embroidery — applied before the panels ever reach a sewing line.
Skilled sewing lines delivering consistent quality, stitch by stitch, at scale.

Sampled against AQL before anything is packed: measurements, seams, shade and finish, checked against the customer's own spec.

Every garment passes through a needle and metal detector — the check that matters most for kidswear and for Europe.
Steam brings the garment to life — careful finishing, labelling and packing, ready for shipment worldwide.
We care about the world, and we manage every production process in a way that does not compromise the needs of future generations.
Taking social, economic and ecological dynamics into account, we are committed to our stakeholders to take steps that positively affect economic development, human life and environmental balance — and to develop our supply chain in that direction.
We have built the Sustainable Development Goals into our corporate culture: 17 interconnected themes we are committed to by 2030. Our production advances transparently and traceably, in a spirit of continuous change.
Sustainability is not a statement, it is a list of decisions. These are the ones we have already made inside the building.
We built a waste management plan and shared every environmental procedure with our staff, so the awareness is company-wide.
Solar panels will cover one third of our electricity need and charge our electric vehicles.
Sensor taps throughout the facility stop water running when nobody is using it.
Sensor lighting in areas where staff are not constantly present removes electricity we were spending on empty rooms.
Fluorescent lamps were replaced with LEDs — no mercury emission, less waste heat, less energy, and far fewer lamps thrown away.
A central heating system replaced piecemeal heating, so we no longer heat space and time we are not using.
Energy and water consumption is charted and reviewed against targets on a regular cycle.
Paper guidelines went out to everyone: no unnecessary printing, reuse what is printed, e-invoices by default.
Disposable cups are gone. Every employee has a reusable thermos mug, which removed a steady stream of paper and plastic.
Paper hand towels in the restrooms were replaced with energy-efficient dryers.
Waste oils and chemicals are separated from ordinary waste and declared through the MOTAT system for correct disposal.
Fabric waste never leaves here carelessly — it goes to certified recycling companies.
Our vehicle fleet is being renewed with hybrid and electric vehicles to cut carbon emissions.
Every claim we make about a material is backed by an independent standard and a traceable certificate.
Organic, recycled and blended yarns are available across every knit structure we make — with the paperwork to prove what is in them.

Labour rights, working conditions, health and safety and environmental performance are assessed on independent, recurring schedules.

We are always looking for talented people across every department. Send us your application — we read every one.
